Who we are

What we collect
When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you are interested in, optional property details and anything you write in the project details box. We also record the page you sent the form from and, if you arrived from an advert, the campaign details in the link (such as utm tags or a Google click ID).
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a survey and give you a quote. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To keep a record of enquiries and the work we do, and to understand which adverts bring us enquiries. This is in our legitimate interests.
- To send occasional insulation advice and updates by email, but only if you tick the box to say you are happy to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use trusted service providers to run the business: our customer management system (GoHighLevel), our website and email host (IONOS), and, if you accept cookies, Google for advert measurement. They only process your data on our instructions. Some of these providers may store data outside the UK, in which case appropriate safeguards are in place.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly necessary: your cookie choice is remembered in your browser so we do not ask again.
- Advertising measurement (optional): the Google tag helps us see which Google Ads lead to enquiries. These cookies are only set if you click Accept. If you reject them, Google receives only limited, cookieless signals.
